More than 30 women from Khammam district thronged the Telangana Bhavan on Saturday to appeal to the State government regarding the discrimination being meted out to them in sanctioning double bedroom houses.
Hyderabad: More than 30 women from Khammam district thronged the Telangana Bhavan on Saturday to appeal to the State government regarding the discrimination being meted out to them in sanctioning double bedroom houses.
The women were then taken into preventive custody and shifted to Banjara Hills police station. Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills said that the women were taken into custody as they were creating ruckus.
