BJP State president K Laxman ridiculed TRS chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao stating that he doesn’t know the difference between air strikes and airhostess’ strikes. Laxman was referring to KCR’s remarks that he was aware of 11 surgical strikes as a Minister in the then UPA government

Hanamkonda: The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrashekar Rao was daydreaming to become Prime Minister just by winning 16 MP seats in Telangana, BJP general secretary P Muralidhar Rao said, addressing a gathering at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on Thursday in support of party candidate Chintha Samba Murthy.

It may be mentioned here that the public meeting was originally scheduled to be addressed by BJP national president Amit Shah, but he couldn't make it due to reasons unknown. Rao said that Amit Shah will come to Warangal to celebrate the victory of BJP after Lok Sabha elections.

If TRS can dictate terms at the Centre by winning just 16 seats, what BJP, which is set to win over 300 seats, has to do, Rao questioned. "Leave about TRS, there is no other party in the country that can compete with the BJP," he said, asserting that people want to see Narendra Modi as Prime Minister once again. Federal Front is yet to take birth but the TRS chief says that it would call the shots at the Centre, he said, advising KCR to stop daydreaming.

Further he said that Federal Front is not all that easy like KCR relegating leaders like T Harish Rao. He said that BJP has a national agenda that includes national security, infrastructural development etc. He demanded KCR to disclose his stand on Ayodhya temple issue. BJP State president K Laxman found fault with KCR for hobnobbing with AIMIM leaders, who time and again insulted and denigrated Hinduism. He ridiculed KCR stating that he doesn't know the difference between air strikes and airhostess' strikes. Laxman was referring to KCR's remarks that he was aware of 11 surgical strikes as a minister in the then UPA government.

KCR has more confidence in the argument of terrorist Maulana Masood Azhar rather than in his country's air force which is condemnable, Laxman said.

BJP candidates for Warangal and Mahabubabad Lok Sabha Chintha Samba Murthy and Jatoth Hussain Naik, senior leaders Gujjula Premender Reddy, Vannala Sriramulu, Rao Padma Reddy, Edla Ashok Reddy, M Dharma Rao, Chandupatla Keerthi Reddy, P Vijaychander Reddy and Rakesh Reddy were among others present.
