Hyderabad: A local court of Cyberabad on Monday awarded six months of imprisonment and cancellation of driving license for one year to a man who was caught driving in drunken condition.

IV Special Metropolitan Magistrate of Cybear Sai Krishna awarded the sentence to Dan Bahadur Bandela of RC Puram. He is a native of Nepal and works as a watchman in the city. He was caught by the Miyapur police near Lingampally while he was driving a motorcycle in inebriated condition on near Lingampally.

This was the second time he was caught for the offence of drunken driving. Earlier in the past, he was caught for riding a scooter under the influence of alcohol in the same police station limits.
