He was welcomed by the priests with temple honours.
After performing special pujas and offering prayers in the sanctum sanctorum, the Seer visited the temples of Goddess Laxmi Ammavaru and Lord Anjaneya Swamy on the temple premises.
Later, the priests and the Assistant Executive Officer of the temple, V Sravan Kumar, offered fruits to the Seer.
Meanwhile, Bhadrachalam MLA Podem Veeraiah also visited the Rama temple and performed special pujas on the occasion of Karthika Pournami.
A devotee, Dr A Krishna along with his wife Sridevi, from Warangal donated Rs 1 lakh towards the temple's mass feeding (Annadanam) programme, on the day.
