COVID-19 self-declaration form is mandatory for students attending TS EAMCET 2020 exam

Students who are appearing for the TS EAMCET 2020 that is scheduled to be held between July 6 and July 9 must submit COVID-19 free declaration form at the exam centre to attend the exam.

Candidates can download the form from the official website of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) or collect from the authorities at the centre. The students should self-declare that they have not tested positive for coronavirus or identified as COVID-19 carrier. Also, the students declare that they do not have coronavirus suspected symptoms like cough, fever, cold/running nose and breathing problems.

Those who are suffering from the above symptoms will be permitted to write the exam at an isolated place in the centre.

Along with self-declaration form, masks and gloves have also been made mandatory and the sanitizers will be provided by the officials at the centre. Before entering the exam hall, the candidates should line up in the circle markings and the officials will check the body temperature of the students with thermal guns.

Capturing the biometric or fingerprint details have been discarded this year to ensure physical distancing. The officials scan the bar code on the hall tickets of the students and click their photos before guiding them to the computer labs.

After the morning session of the exam, the centre will be completely sanitized and the procedure is followed for the entrance exams.
