Senior citizen allegedly abused by daughter in law in Bahadurpura
Senior citizen abused physically by her daughter-in-law at her residence in Bahadurpura.
Senior citizen abused physically by her daughter-in-law at her residence in Bahadurpura. A daughter-in-law, identified as Gulnaaz, physically abused her mother-in-law , Mehrunnissa Begum aged around 65, on Monday night by colluding with her parents and relatives, alleged the senior citizen.
According to Bahadurpura police they have received a complaint from the victim's and it is alleged that Gulnaaz's relatives have been harassing them continuously from past three days and have also threatened them with dire consequences if the mother-in-law does not budge to their demands of letting her son and daughter-in-law live separately.
Based on the complaint, a case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC and the matter is being investigated.
