Chief Minister Jagan To Construct YSR Statue At Puliichintala Project

Irrigation Minister Anil Kumar Yadav and Transport Minister Perni Venkatramaiah (Nani) said that 45-foot statue of the late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy will be erected at the Pulichinthala project.

Jaggayapet MLA, Government Whip Udayabhani, Pedakurapadu MLAs Dr. Dr M Jagan Mohan Rao, Jogi Ramesh and Namburu Sankararao visited the Pulichinthala project on Sunday.

Speaking at a meeting at the project, Minister Anil Kumar said that YS Jagan instructed the officials to construct the statues of late YS Rajshekar Reddy and K L Rao who had made a special contribution to the construction of the puliichintala project. Besides YSR statue, the government is also setting up a amusement park.

All the vacancies in engineering departments in the state will be recruited. Minister asserted. Along with YSR statue, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy would lay a bridge over Krishna river at Madipadu.

Minister Anil Kumar, Government Whip, Local MLA, Udayabha, and Minister of Transport Perninani and MLA Jaswantha inaugurated the newly built World Bank-funded OMD office at Krishna district.
