Its a huge setback for BJP Minister Sriramulu loses by 26,000 votes against Congress Nagendra.
Setback to State Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister JC Madhuswamy. Congress candidate Kiran Kumar is leading by 42 votes, JDS candidate Suresh Babu is in second place and Madhuswamy is in third place in Chikkanayakanahalli Assembly constituency of Tumakuru district.
JDS candidate Javarayi Gowda is leading from the Yeshwanthpur Assembly constituency after nine rounds of counting. BJP candidate ST Somashekhar is trailing by 4,736 seats. ST Somashekhar had defected to the BJP in 2019.
