State Government designed the expansion of metro rail from all parts of Hyderabad to the airport for the transportation facility of air passengers. The state government has decided to complete this project with a total cost of Rs 6,250 crore within the next three years with its own funds.

According to the water quality information report prepared by the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation Mission Bhagiratha under the Jal Shakti Department, it has been confirmed that 99.95 percent of tap water in Telangana alone is free of pollutants.
