Road safety meet held at Sri City

Tirupati: As part 30th  Road Safety Week, an awareness programme was held at Sri City, near the entry point on NH-16. 

Drivers of heavy and light motor vehicles, ambulance drivers and people from other sections of the society participated in the programme. 

The speakers explained different road safety measures and highlighted the importance of the use of seat belt and helmet. 

They all appealed that all road users must strictly follow the traffic rules to avert accidents. 

The speakers included Circle Inspector of Police B Mohan, Vice-President (Projects) N Sekhar and others.
