Somireddy to resign for MLC to contest as MLA

​Amaravati: Minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy is going to submit resignation to his MLC post today. He decided to contest in the ensuing general elections from Sarvepalli Assembly Constituency. The minister is going to meet the AP Legislative Council Secretary in Assembly to submit his resignation letter. 

Already, another MLC Ramasubba Reddy from Kadapa district resigned to his position to contest from Jammalamadugu Assembly Constituency recently. Both these TDP senior leaders wished to contest in the general elections.
