Hyderabad: 1.8 kg gold seized at RGI airport

The customs officials on Sunday seized 1.8 kg of gold from a passenger who arrived in Hyderabad from Dubai.

The passenger identified as a Sudan national was intervened by the officials based on an intelligence report. After inspecting him, the officials recovered the gold from him.

Later, he was taken into custody and is being questioned.
