Bhumi puja held for Vadde Obanna Kalyana Mandapam in Kalyandurg

Kalyandurg: Anantapur MP Ambica Lakshminarayana, MLA Amilineni Surendra Babu and MLC Dalavayi Ramadevi performed bhumi puja for Vadde Obanna Kalyana Mandapam in Vadde Colony, Kalyandurg Municipality on Monday. The community hall will be built with Rs 55 lakh from MP constituency development funds.

MLA Surendra Babu said he would cherish the residents, who gave him a massive majority. He accused YSRCP leaders of trying to block elections through court cases, stressing that polls are essential for the State to receive Rs 15,000 crore in Central funds for rural development.

He criticised previous administrators for incomplete works and noted that over 95% of Vaddera community supports the TDP. He urged voters to elect the party’s candidate with a strong majority and promised to make the constituency a model if the party returns to power.
