Call to preserve heritage sites, monuments: Dr E Sivanagireddy
Dr E Sivanagireddy, CEO, Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravathi (CCVA) inaugurated World Heritage Week celebrations at Madhu Malaxmi Chambers here on Tuesday.
Vijayawada: Dr E Sivanagireddy, CEO, Cultural Centre of Vijayawada and Amaravathi (CCVA) inaugurated World Heritage Week celebrations at Madhu Malaxmi Chambers here on Tuesday.
He said that youth and local communities shall volunteer themselves to preserve the heritage sites and monuments of their areas for posterity and stressed on the need of bringing awareness among the youth on the cause.
Dr Reddy also informed on the significance on the world heritage week which begins today and continues till November 25 celebrated worldwide. Sandeep Mandava, CEO, Malaxmi Properties, Tirumala Srinivas, Director, Malaxmi Infra, Chimpirayya, Director, Malaxmi group, Prasad Viswakarma and Somayalulu Malapaka, heritage activists participated in the programme.
