Guntur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's brother Somabhai Modi interacted with vegetables vendors at Gorantla Rytu Bazaar under Prathipadu Assembly constituency of Guntur district on Sunday. He asked a vegetable vendor how Narendra Modi government is ruling during the last five years and took feedback about welfare schemes being implemented by the NDA-led government.

He asked are you happy with the government? The woman replied that she is happy. He urged the voters to elect efficient leaders who will work sincerely to resolve problems of people and added the people's representatives should have commitment to develop the country.

BJP national president Amit Shah's brother Lalith Shah said that development would be possible with the BJP government and appealed to electorate to make Narendra Modi as Prime Minister for another term to continue the development works. He listed out the development projects taken up by the Narendra Modi government during the last five years.

BJP candidate for Guntur Parliament constituency Valluru Jaya Prakash Narayana assured that he will develop infrastructure in the constituency and would be within the reach of people and resolve all their problems. He promised that he will solve the problems of farmers in the state capital Amaravati and will develop capital Amaravati.

He was accompanied by BJP candidate for Prathipadu Assembly constituency Dara Ambedkar, party leader Panduranga Vithal. Earlier, Somabhai Modi, Lalith Shah participated in the rally which started from RTC Bus Stand in Guntur city and passed through B R Stadium, Hindu College Centre, Sankar Vilas Centre, Amaravati, Nagaralu and reached Gorantla.
