Rajanagaram MLA and Kapu Corporation chairman Jakkampudi Raja distributed 154 house site pattas to the beneficiaries and laid foundation stone for the construction of houses in Madhurapudi village of Korukonda mandal on Sunday.

Addressing on the occasion, he said that the government will construct houses to the beneficiaries as per the options selected by them. Distributing lakhs of house sites was a record in the country. The MLA said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy fulfilled his promise made during
his Praja Sankalpa Yatra by distributing house site pattas to nearly 31 lakh poor people.
He further said that the problems of farmers also will be addressed shortly. TDP MLA spent only Rs 20 lakh in 10 years and YSRCP government spent Rs 2.50 crore in 18 months for the development of the village, he added.
Tahsildar K Papa Rao, north zone Deputy Superintendent of Police Kadali Venkateswara Rao, inspector Pavan Kumar Reddy, YSRCP leaders A Golla Babu, K Sarraju and others were present.
