They gave Rs 3 crore Srinidhi loans and tools to women’s groups. Yeluri observed that a fire station in Parchur will help, as crews earlier came from Chirala and Chilakaluripet.
He said Parchur received over Rs 22.20 crore in two years. Anitha praised him for bringing two ministers on one day. Speaking at various programmes, Minister Anitha said the chief minister gives top priority to welfare even when the finances are weak. She noted that extending the Guntur channel to Parchur will bring water to about 28000 acres. She added that the government formed Eagle teams to stop ganja use and smuggling, and is setting up rehabilitation centres. She recalled that she became a teacher through the government’s DSC.
Minister Janardhan Reddy said Yeluri is always available to people and meets him every week. He noted that the district was sanctioned Rs 150 crore, and works worth Rs 35 crore have been done in Parchur. He said the DSC created 16,600 jobs. He criticised the YSRCP for its destructive rule in the past five years.
Both ministers asked workers to win the local body polls, and Janardhan Reddy asked people to bless Yeluri again in 2029.
