Kadapa:Polling not started in some parts of Jammalamadugu in Kadapa district due to technical snag in EVMs.The polling staff are trying to rectify the problems. Several hundred voters are waiting for the start of polling process by 8 a.m.
Men and women voters are standing in long queues since morning and been eagerly waiting for beginning of process. The problem is severe in ZP school and other polling centers. Voters are disappointed with failure of machines and delay of voting. More over mock polling was also delayed this morning.
