Yellow alert for 12 districts in AP amid heavy rainfall forecast
According to the Meteorological Department, a yellow alert is issued for 12 districts in Andhra Pradesh because of heavy rainfalls that are expected to occur in many districts. As per the information issued by the meteorological department, yellow alert is issued particularly for Manyam, Vizianagaram, Alluri, and Polavaram districts.
It is predicted that heavy rainfall along with thunder and lightning might take place in some districts. The districts include Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, East & West Godavari, Eluru, Krishna, and NTR district.
In order to keep residents safe from heavy weather conditions, people are requested to take precautionary measures.
