Ultraviolette launches New E-Bike X-47 Venom : Price Tag -Rs 2.65 Lakh

A month after raising sucesscully $85 Mn, e-bike maker Ultraviolette has unveiled its new Motorcycle, X-47 venom powered by its new VX- 100V platform.

The motorcycle has been launched for an introductory price of Rs.2.65 lakh. Applicable to the list of 5000 customers. Bookings stated from 22nd October. Deliveries are expected to start in the month of November 2026, the startup stated in the press release.

The X-47 Venom is the 1st motorcycle which has been built on the Ultraviolett’s new VX-100 architecture. It combines the platform with its new UV LIGHTFURY electric and SRB 11 battery technology. It has got peak power of 30 kW(39 bhp) and a 550 Nm of wheel torque. The Ultraviolette X-47 Venom is built to have a top speed of 155 kmph.

The above motorcycle offers a claimed Indian Driving Cycle range of nearing 343 km. It can help accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in mere 5.9 seconds and it has got a kerb weight of 180 kg, making it up to 20 kg lighter than the earlier generation platform.

The platform incorporates SRB-11 battery technology, which the startup claims offers nearing to 20% higher energy density and twice the cooling performance. Its thermal management system is designed to dissipate heat up to 50% faster, while the battery pack features a cast aluminium housing and IP67 protection against the dust and water ingress.

The motorcycle also features a new motor control unit that is twice as compact and delivers three times the power density as per the company.
