Nikhil’s highly ambitious period action drama Swayambhu is steadily inching closer to completion, and the makers have now disclosed the humungous scale of the work that went into the making of the film.

Set against a massive 175-day shoot, the film is said to have an extensive amount of graphics in it — nearly 2,500 graphics shots. The mammoth task of creating such a huge scale of VFX was required to create the massive world-building required for the film, and the larger-than-life action sequences that the film has.

As the new working still of the film shows, Nikhil is seen in a fierce warrior avatar in traditional attires, flexing his biceps in a powerful pose that suggests the kind of period action the film is set to showcase. Nikhil has been spending countless hours in the making of the film, which has only added to the amount of anticipation for the film. With the shoots and post-production works nearing completion, the makers are all set to announce the release date of the film soon. The trailer is also expected to be out shortly, after which the makers will be launching the next leg of promotions for the film. Directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, Swayambhu is produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under their Pixel Studios banner and presented by Tagore Madhu. The film is being made on a lavish scale and is also looking at a multilingual release. With its mammoth production schedule, extensive work on graphics, and the star-studded look of Nikhil in his warrior avatar, Swayambhu is set to pique anticipation for the film’s upcoming promotional campaigns.
