Telugu ZEE5 is set to present Panchanama, a six-episode Telugu Original investigative thriller, exclusively on 11 th September 2026. The show is directed by Mohan Srivatsa and stars Bharath Srinivasan as determined police officer Jai Ram, who unravels a spine-chilling mystery around the death of his younger brother, leading to a trail of murders that seem to have a sinister connection.
It starts when Jai Ram, a dedicated police officer refuses to believe that the death of his younger brother could be an accident and his search leads him to discover more such similar cases with bizarre common links that point to a larger conspiracy. As the investigation deepens, clues such as severed body parts and fingerprints lead to a more entangled web of murders and criminals.
Panchanama is produced by Midde Vijayendra Mouli and Udaya Bhanu under Udaya Bhanu Productions. It is a police investigation, crime-based, suspense thriller with an emotional angle running through it. The show delves into how Jai Ram’s obsession with catching the killer keeps dragging him into the murky past that connects all the murders.
While talking about the show, Udaya Bhanu said that it is an investigative thriller with a crime and fantasy mix, whereas ZEE5 Business Head Lloyd C. Xavier said it is a character-driven mystery with some great suspense.
The show also features Shivaji Raja, Medha Reddy, Charan Babu, Rupa Lakshmi, Radhika Priti, Surya and Srija. Nagendra Pilla has written the engaging screenplay and dialogues. With Panchanama, viewers can expect a murder mystery where most of the killings turn out to be suspicious suicides modus operandi. It is a riveting investigative thriller that will keep the audiences guessing till the very end.
