iSmart Shankar (Ram) escapes from prison CBI is in look out for him. The cop Arun (Satyadev) who's investigating the case dies in a shootout. The cops transfers Arun's memories to iSmart Shankar. Why did they do that? What happens then? What happens in the end? Forms the story of the movie.

When compared to its previous movies, Ram has got a completely different kind of role and the young actor has delivered his best in essaying that role. His energetic performance, dialogue delivery and body language justified the role perfectly well. Nidhhi Agerwal looked beautiful in the film and she has justified her role completely. Nabha Natesh's energetic performance added more beauty for the movie. Both the heroines maintained sizzling hot chemistry with Ram. Puneet Issar and Deepak Shetty justified their roles. Sayaji Shinde, Getup Srinu and Tulasi delivered decent performances. The rest of the actors also made their presence felt.

The production values by Puri Jagannath and Charmme Kaur are outstanding and can be considered as the major plus points of this film. Music by Mani Sharma added more strength for this movie. Not only his energetic songs but also his background score lifted each and every scene. Cinematography by Raj Thota is beautiful. He has produced some sleek visuals for the film. Editing by Junaid Siddiqui is clean and neat

Dashing director Puri Jagannath has prepared an interesting storyline for the film. Though it is predictable, Puri has added his mark action sequences which will keep the audience engaged. Also, his pace of narration is also really interesting and made it, even more, easier for the audience to connect with the story of the film. The movie is an eye feast for those who have been waiting to see Puri mark, commercial entertainer. The movie starts off on an interesting note and the first half is filled with comedy, romantic scenes and the story establishment. The second half is somewhat slow when compared to the first half but we can say that Puri Jaganath handled it well. But the predictable story will make some of the scenes boring but Puri Jagannath mark action sequences will make the audience engaged. Ram's energetic performance, beautiful chemistry between the leads and Puri Jagannath's taking can be considered as the major plus points of this film whereas the predictable plot line can become a minus point. On the whole, 'iSmart Shankar' is definitely a worth watching movie.
