Damodar Rajanarasimha launches state-level robotic surgery workshop at TIMS

A state-level multi-specialty robotic surgery workshop has commenced at the Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS). Telangana's Minister for Medical and Health, Damodara Raja Narasimha, visited the hospital today (Sunday) to inaugurate the workshop. During his visit, he inspected the state-of-the-art medical robotic equipment and infrastructure, inquiring with experts about their usage.

Raja Narasimha discussed expanding robotic surgery services within the medical sector and providing superior healthcare to the public. He expressed his happiness at inaugurating the state-level robotic surgery workshop and stated that the healthcare sector in Telangana would be further strengthened through modern technology. He emphasized that providing quality medical care to everyone is the goal of the Congress government. DME Dr. Vani, TIMS Director Dr. Narendra Kumar, Dr. Beerappa, Dr. Vimala Thomas, Dr. Sudhir Srivastava, and others participated in the event.
