Hyderabad: Former Chief Minister and BRS party chief K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) provided guidance to party MLCs and MLAs during a BRS Legislature Party (BRSLP) meeting on Sunday. With the Assembly session set to begin on Monday, KCR urged everyone to attend the session without fail.

He directed them to participate in every discussion in both the Legislative Assembly and the Council, to hold the state government accountable regarding public issues, and to expose the policies of the Congress and BJP in both Houses.

KCR lashed out at CM Revanth Reddy, stating that he uses abusive language both inside and outside the Assembly. He remarked that Revanth was behaving this way due to an inability to govern effectively.

KCR described the Congress party’s governance as an ‘utter flop’ and a ‘third-rate’ administration, asserting that the party’s eventual exit from power is inevitable. He criticised Revanth for making cheap remarks and noted that the Congress party leaders realise their defeat in the elections was certain, which is why they are engaging in such plunder.

KCR also condemned the Assembly Speaker’s biased attitude terming it undemocratic. He pointed out that he was being challenged to come to the Assembly for a debate with someone, who is a ‘master of abuse’ and who repeatedly speaks of wishing for his death. KCR stated that the state government had failed miserably across all sectors, asserting that Telangana was not on the rise but is instead facing a downfall.
