Nataraj Academy holds anniversary fete
Nataraj Academy 10th anniversary celebrations were held at Sundaraiah Kalanilayam on Monday. Chairman of Sangeeth Nataka Academy B Shiva Kumar attended the programme as chief guest.

The chief guest distributed prizes and mementoes to artists who excelled in their respective fields. Later, the organisers felicitated Lion Dr Arekapudi Vijayakumar.
Speaking on the occasion, chairman of Natraj Academy Giri said that the organisation aims to encourage artists to bring out their hidden talent. The organisation has been striving to provide a platform to artists to showcase their talent, he said.
Giri said that the organisation would organise Telangana folklore festival, titled 'Telangana Janapada Utsava Jatara2019' and Telangana Ratna award presentation ceremony at Ravindra Bharati on August 27 and 28. New Era education institutes chairman Dr Shravan Kumar and cine producer Ravi Kiran Yadav also spoke on the occasion. Representatives of various cultural and art fields Y Ramakrishna, SS Choudhary, Sriram, Sreenu and others participated in the programme.
