Students body demand action against corporate schools
The leaders of students organisations Mudugonda Lingaswamy and J Krishna on Sunday alleged that the Education Department were failing to take action against schools which were not following stipulated guidelines.
Kushaiguda: The leaders of students organisations Mudugonda Lingaswamy and J Krishna on Sunday alleged that the Education Department were failing to take action against schools which were not following stipulated guidelines. At a press meet, they said the department failed to act against the management of Narayana Concept School despite lodging complaints against the school.
The leaders accused the department of indirectly encouraging corporate schools. They said the MEO was avoiding the issue by claiming to be unavailable. While demanding that the department take action against such institutions, they warned of launching an agitation by students organisations if the demand was not conceded. Among those present were Rahul Reddy and Harshavardhan Reddy.
