Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender has suffered a major setback in the Supreme Court. The apex court upheld the Telangana High Court's verdict declaring him disqualified as an MLA.
Consequently, the Supreme Court bench suggested that Danam contest the by-election.
The Telangana High Court on last Friday has disqualified MLA Danam Nagender from legislative assembly following the hearing of the petitions filed by BRS and BJP leaders.
