Traffic curbs for fish medicine today, tomorrow

Nampally: In order to facilitate proper regulation of traffic without causing inconvenience to the general public, in connection with the distribution of fish medicine (on Mrugashirakarti) on Saturday from 4.00 pm to Sunday till 6.00 pm at Exhibition Grounds in Nampally, the following diversions will be enforced.

For four-wheelers

People coming on 4-wheelers from Nampally side for fish prasadam should park their vehicles at Gruha Kalpa, Gagan Vihar & Chandra Vihar and proceed on foot towards Exhibition Grounds Ajanta Gate/Gate No.2 for fish medicine, whereas people coming on four wheelers from MJ Market should park their vehicles at MAM Girls Junior College, besides the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) in Nampally.

Buses/vans

People coming for fish medicine in buses/vans from MJ Market should alight at Gandhi Bhavan Bus Station. While the passengers coming from Nampally shall alight at Gruha Kalpa Bus Stop and proceed to Exhibition Grounds Ajanta Gate/ Gateno.2 for fish medicine on foot, after alighting they should park their vehicles at Gosha Mahal Police Stadium.

VIP pass-holders

All the VIP car pass holders coming from MJ Market towards Gandhi Bhavan should take left turn towards Gate No. 1 of Exhibition Grounds and CWC Gate towards VIP Entry Gate and the VIP car pass holders coming from the Nampally will take a "U" turn at Gandhi Bhavan and take left turn towards Gate No. 1 and towards VIP Entry Gate i.e. CWC Gate.

The VIP vehicles will be parked at VIP parking area at CWC go-downs. After taking the Prasadam, the VIP cars will have exit from VIP Gate, CWC Gate, Aadab Hotel and take left turn and proceeds towards Nampally.

Two-wheelers

People coming on two-wheelers for fish medicine from MJ Market shall park their vehicles at Manoranjan Complex Parking Area. The two wheelers coming from Nampally should park their vehicles on the left side of the main road earmarked for two-wheelers in between Gruha Kalpa to BJP office.

Autos

Auto alighting arranged for people coming for fish Prasadam is made in front of Shezan Hotel, Bhavani Wines/Juvenile Court and Excise office. On the left side of the road, parking area for the autos are earmarked.

Government vehicles

Government vehicles shall be parked at Bheem Rao Bada in Nampally. The general traffic coming from the MJ Market side will be diverted towards Abids, GPO and Nampally Station Road on need basis.

The general traffic coming from MJ Bridge and Begum Bazar Chathri towards Nampally will be diverted at Alaska towards Darusalam, Ek Minar etc., on need basis.

The general traffic coming from the PCR Junction towards Nampally will be diverted at AR Petrol Pump towards BJR Statue on need basis. Water tankers of HMWS and vehicles of the Fisheries Department bringing fish to the Exhibition Grounds will be allowed from Ajanta Gate/Gate No 2.

The vehicles of voluntary organizations carrying food materials with valid passes will be allowed from Ajanta Gate/ Gate No 2. Citizens are asked to take alternate routes to their destinations and to avoid the above mentioned routes during the specified timings and to co-operate with the traffic police during the period of traffic diversion.
