Minister for Transport Puvvada Ajay Kumar on Sunday visited government hospital in Khammam and congratulated the Additional Collector (Local bodies) Snehalatha Mogili who delivered baby girl in the hospital. He carried the newborn and enquired about the health of Additional Collector Snehalatha.

Later, speaking to media people, he said that Snehalatha Mogili who is the co-administration officer in the district admitted herself in the government hospital as a normal woman for delivery. He said that the women who are panicked about getting deliveries and treatments in government hospitals should draw inspiration from Snehalatha.
He said that the Khammam government hospital was fully developed with high equipments like the corporate hospital. ZP Chairman L Kamal Raj, District Medical and Health Officer Dr Malathi, Agricultural Marketing Chairman Laxmi and other officers accompanied the Minister.
It may be recalled that the Additional Collector voluntarily admitted herself in the government hospital for delivery.
The news went viral on social media platforms and the netizens appreciated her for the step she has taken.
