Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy addressing the coordination meeting with TDP allied parties over ZPTC, MPTC elections at his camp office in Nellore on Monday
Nellore: Political activity in the Atmakur assembly constituency gathered momentum on Monday as Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy chaired a key coordination meeting with National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders from Sangam, AS Peta, and Chejerla mandals at his camp office in Nellore.
The meeting was convened to chalk out joint strategies and election preparedness for the upcoming ZPTC and MPTC local body elections. Party leaders and cadres representing the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Jana Sena Party (JSP) attended in large numbers, sharing ground reports on local political dynamics and the YSR Congress Party’s standing across their respective villages.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Anam stressed that seamless coordination among coalition partners is essential, treating the upcoming polls as a matter of prestige.
He declared that regardless of which party—TDP, BJP, or JSP—secures the nomination in any specific constituency, it is mandatory for all alliance workers to extend complete, unconditional cooperation to defeat YSRCP candidates.
He advised leaders to fortify grassroots unity from the village to mandal levels, maintain continuous dialogue with voters, and highlight the developmental and welfare initiatives implemented by the coalition government.
Leaders noted that the session successfully established a common platform to formulate a unified action plan for rural development.
Senior BJP leader and APSRTC Zonal Chairman Sannapureddy Suresh Reddy, along with prominent public representatives and alliance functionaries, participated in the deliberations.
