District authorities have put elaborate security and logistical arrangements in place for the high-profile one-day visit.
Founded in 2001 under the inspiration of former Vice-President of India M Venkaiah Naidu, SBT was established to fulfill Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of self-reliant villages and Nanaji Deshmukh’s Chitrakoot rural model. Over the past 25 years, the trust has empowered rural youth, women, and farmers by offering free livelihood skill training, accommodation, and healthcare services across its centers in Venkatachalam, Atkur, and Muchintal without relying on government grants or foreign aid. Former Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu, AP Minister Ponguru Narayana, MLA Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, and other dignitaries will attend the celebrations.
