Two detained for possession of gun in Visakhapatnam

The discovery of a gun in the possession of youths in Visakhapatnam city has caused a stir. Task Force police received a tip-off that some young men were keeping a gun at a house in Gollalapalem. Acting swiftly on this information, the police raided the premises and seized the weapon. Two youths were taken into custody and subsequently handed over to the Two-Town police, who registered a case and interrogated them.
During the interrogation, the youths revealed that they had purchased the gun from Bihar. The Two-Town police have launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the purchase and identify the source from whom the weapon was obtained.
The discovery of a gun with local youths has left residents in a state of fear and anxiety.
