Gmail lets you write emails in advance and choose when they should be delivered. The built-in feature helps manage work across time zones without third-party tools.

Open Gmail on your computer and click the Compose button. Write your message and enter the recipient's email address.

Click the small downward arrow beside the blue Send button. Select the Schedule send option from the menu.

Select a suggested time or choose your preferred date and time. Gmail will automatically send the email as scheduled.

Open the Scheduled folder from Gmail's left-hand menu. You can view all emails waiting to be delivered.

Open the scheduled message and click Cancel send to bring it back as a draft. Make changes and schedule it again for a new date or time.

To stop an email from being delivered, open the Scheduled folder and select Cancel send. The message returns to Drafts, so your written content is not lost.

Gmail allows users to queue up to 100 scheduled emails at a time. Scheduled messages follow the time zone set when they are scheduled.
