Bengaluru based noted painter BKS Varma was felicitated by director K Raghavendra Rao and actor Brahmanandam in Hyderabad on Thursday. Varma, upon the actor’s request, has sketched a painting of Lord Venkateswara in the actor’s new abode in the city. The painting took nine months to be completed. Awed by it, the actor along with Raghavendra Rao presented the painter a ‘swarna kankanam.’
