Guntur: MRPS activists launched one crore signatures collection campaign at Collectorate here on Friday, to mount pressure on the Telangana government to release MRPS founder president Manda Krishna Madiga. Addressing the gathering, the MRPS district official spokesman Kanumuri Koteswara Rao alleged that the KCR government had foisted false cases and harassing him.
He demanded that the Telangana government release Manda Krishna Madiga immediately. He warned that they would intensify the agitation if Madiga was not released. MRPS leaders Yesu Babu and Venkateswarulu were among those participated.
