Kadapa: Dr Sama Sudha of Balaji Nursing Home near Apsar junction in the town performed a reare surgery and removed a cyst from the stomach of a pregnant woman Narasamma (35) Speaking to the media here on Sunday, she said that Narasamma was suffering from acute pain for the last one week. Doctors noticed a 20 X 18 cyst in the stomach and it was removed through laparoscopy. It was a twisted dermatoid tumor in the stomach.
Dr Sama Sudha said that the surgery was performed by eminent surgeon Dr Pall Bhaskar and anesthesia specialist Dr Prasad by button hole surgery. Narasamma’s pregnancy is safe, she said.
