Tirupati: Rashtriya Seva Samithi (RASS) founder president Gutha Munirathnam has condoled the death of the legendary director Dr Dasari Narayana Rao. He recollected his five decade long association with the departed leader. The RASS founder said that he sold 3 acres of land to Dasari for construction of a building to Udayam, a Telugu daily, in 1984. “Though he paid the entire amount, he did not register the land on his name reposing faith in me,” said Munirathnam. Only after repeated persuasion, he came for registration, he added. Munirathnam stated that Dasari used to praise the programmes of RASS from the bottom of his heart. “His demise will be a great loss to me and RASS,” he averred.
