Pawan dashes hopes of BJP, TDP

Power Star Pawan Kalyan is only a few days old in politics. But within a few days, he has managed to draw the attention of national leaders.

No other politician could have so quickly managed to meet Narendra Modi, BJP's prime ministerial candidate. Remember even Kejriwal struggled to get Modi's appointment. Was Pawan lucky? No, say his fans who argue that such is the power of Pawan's charisma.

Pawan Kalyan To Support Narendra Modi; Not TDP ,BJP (Pawan Letter)
Soon as Pawan met Modi, there was news that the actor's party would join hands with the BJP in the ensuing polls, there was also talks that Jana would be forming an alliance with Chandrababu Naidu's TDP. Both the TDP and BJP were dreaming of cashing in on the popularity of Pawan to get better political mileage during the elections.

But Pawan has given a jolt to all those who thought so. According to a latest news report doing the rounds, Pawan wrote to Somu Veerraju (the person who made Pawan-Modi meeting happen). In his letter Pawan is believed to have asserted that Jana Sena's relationship with BJP is limited to Modi and won't extend beyond that. He also clarified that he is yet to decide on his party's alliance with TDP.

It is learnt that soon as Veerraju received the letter, his efforts to reach the actor over the phone went in vain. Thus, the BJP leader tried to get in touch with Pawan's aides to know the intention behind writing such a letter. However, Pawan's close associates refused to comment saying it's left to the discretion of the Jana Sena founder.

The latest report suggests that Veerraju faxed the letter to the party's Delhi office drawing the attention of Arun Jaitley.
