Raju in Khaleja wins over Robin Hood in Kick 2

Movies with similar storylines are common in Telugu film industry these days. For instance, the story of Ravi Teja starrer Kick2 has the traces of Mahesh Babu’s Khaleja.
But what differentiates them is that in Khaleja the hero is believed to be God, while in Kick 2 that is not the case. Though Khaleja bombed at the box-office, it became a huge success on the small screen because of the heart-touching dialogues and brilliant histrionics of Mahesh. Both of which are missing in Kick 2. The transformation of the protagonist’s character was a bit artificial in Kick 2, whereas it appeared natural in Khaleja.
The audience verdict is Raju (Mahesh in Khaleja) wins hands down over Robinhood (Raviteja in Kick 2)
