Nivetha to play Nani’s lady love
Word on the block is that Nivetha has been approached for the female lead in Nani’s forthcoming film.
Nivetha Thomas has been getting a lot of offers in Tollywood ever since the success of her Telugu debut ‘Gentleman’. But she was never in a hurry to sign films.
However, the latest project the actress was offered is something she doesn’t not want to miss out on. Word on the block is that Nivetha has been approached for the female lead in Nani’s forthcoming film.
A source from the unit points out, “The actress was given a script narration recently. Her clinical approach to acting and the performance in ‘Gentleman’ is what impressed the makers. Moreover, it a hit jodi, so they want to recreate the magic.”
To be directed by debutant Siva Shankar, the romantic drama will be backed out DVV Danayya. Meanwhile, Nani shall commence working on the project after he wraps up his current assignment ‘Nenu Local’.
