Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar will test his luck once again in the two Telugu states with his upcoming dubbed film ‘Viswasam’ set to hit the screens on March 1. “Ajith is very big star in Tamil Nadu and this film was a sensational hit,’ says producer R Nageshwar Rao who is releasing the Telugu version under NNR films. “Ajith and director Siva has been heady combination with films like ‘Veeram’ and ‘Vedhalam’, Now they have teamed up for this rural-based action adventure,” adds Rao who claims to have bought the dubbing rights for a hefty price. “There was lot of competition,” he added. Ajith will be romancing pretty actress Nayantara in this film, while Telugu star Jagapathi Babu is donning a key role. ‘Dubbing works are going on and the film will be released on March 1.” concludes Rao.
It’s high time, Ajith Kumar breaks his jinx and scores a blockbuster in two Telugu states, since his arch rival Vijay is now making waves with hits like ‘Adhirindhi’ and ‘Sarkar’ after a slew of flops in Telugu.
