Student designs shoe to reduce knee pain. Muzammil Pasha, a 11-year-old studying in Class VI, in Castle Town High School, Hyderabad, made DGP B Prasad Rao, MLC Chukka Ramaiah and others spellbound with his novel discovery - shoes that can reduce knee pain.

Muzammil presented a working model of his invention title “Shoe for reducing knee pain” during the inauguration of Swami Vivekananda Science Resource Centre and Museum at Mahbub College, Secunderabad on Tuesday. He has developed the shoes by elevating the front so as to restore the body’s central axis and avoid weight from falling on the knees. Chief guest of the function, DGP, B Prasad Rao, appreciated the usage of simple principle for such an excellent application. Chukka Ramaiah advised Pasha to work hard to improvise on the concept and market it.
