Hyderabad: The government is planning to give a major facelift to Hussain Sagar. The proposals for better upkeep of the existing amenities, ensuring greenery, broad walking paths and LED lighting.
The MAUD principal secretary Arvind Kumar, accompanied by a team of officials and project consultants, on Tuesday morning visited the Hussain Sagar to take stock of the steps being planned towards beautification of the lake.
He asked the officials to firm up plans to ensure that all the works were completed by this December.
