Vikarabad: Activists of the BJP, ABVP and RSS on Sunday took out a huge rally from Venkateswara Temple to NTR crossroads in the town to protest against the externment of Swamy Paripoornananda.
Leaders of the organisations Madhav Reddy, Saikrishna(BJP), Govardhan, Srilata(VHP) demanded withdrawal of the police order. The police stopped the rally and arrested many activists. Some activists staged a dharna in front of the police station. The leaders criticised the police for denying permission to the rally.
