Revanth’s daughter Nymisha has been engaged to G Satyanarayana Reddy, son of Venkat Reddy and Lakshmi Parvathi. In view of the conditions laid by the ACB Court asking Revanth not to engage in conversation either with politicians or the media, Naidu and Revanth only exchanged pleasantries. They sat alongside each other for photo option. Film actor and Hindupur MLA Balakrishna was also present.

Following grant of 12-hour interim bail, Revanth Reddy reached his house after a gap of ten days and was received by his family members. After spending a short time with his wife and daughter, Revanth and all the family members left for N Convention Centre at 9 am where the engagement of his daughter Nymisha was to take place.

Hiding his emotions, Revanth was seen occasionally smiling and posing for photos with relatives and close friends along with the couple. AP Speaker Kodela Sivaprasada Rao, Ministers in Naidu’s Cabinet including Devineni Umamaheshwar Rao, Ravela Kishore Babu, K Atchanaidu, Sidda Raghava Rao, Peethala Sujatha etc. attended the function.

From Telangana, leaders of various political parties including Errabelli Dayakar Rao, L Ramana, Ravula Chandrashekar Reddy, Revuri Prakash Reddy, Dr Lakshman, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Chintal Ramachandra Reddy Danam Nagender, Palvai Govardhan Reddy, and Sabitha Indra Reddy were among those who attended the function. None from TRS attended in view of the ongoing controversy with regard to the ‘cash-for-vote’ issue.

The ACB sleuths in civil dress kept close watch on every movement of Revanth and even recorded his movements. An escort vehicle followed him and the ACB sleuths were seen moving around inside the venue as well. Revanth was extra careful about sticking to bail timings as any delay could affect his chances of getting the main bail. Revanth left for jail around 4 pm though he was granted bail till 6 pm as he did not want to violate the interim bail conditions.
