Nizamabad-bound Vajra buses to stop at JBS from today
The Vajra minibuses bound for Nizamabad will stop regularly at the city bus stop in front of the Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) from Thursday.
Hyderabad: The Vajra minibuses bound for Nizamabad will stop regularly at the city bus stop in front of the Jubilee Bus Station (JBS) from Thursday.
According to the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) officials, the Vajra buses operating from Dilsukhnagar and Mehdipatnam to Nizamabad and back will pass through the JBS city bus stop.
The TSRTC has introduced Vajra buses in May with the concept of ‘service @doorsteps’ on Hyderabad-Nizamabad and Hyderabad-Warangal. Low occupancy rate in these buses has been affecting Vajra bus services.
First, the citizens were asked to book tickets through the mobile application. Now, the RTC has decided to provide one more additional stop at JBS, so that the passengers traveling to Nizamabad can board the bus there.
