IT Core Team rendering better services: SP

Sircilla: The Information Technology Core Team (IT CORE TEAM) working in the technical department along with providing advanced technology to the district police department is playing a major role in Smart Policing, said District Superintendent of Police Rahul Hegde BK.

The office of IT Core Team, which rendered its services from the premises of Sircilla town police station, has been upgraded and modernised by providing all basic facilities.

SP Rahul Hegde BK inaugurated the IT Core Team office here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, the SP said that the role of IT Core Team is crucial in implementing smart policing. With constant efforts of IT Core Team, the image of the police department is increased in recent times.

With allotment of all necessary basic facilities and modernisation of IT Core Team office, it would render much better services, he opined. Later, SP Rahul Hegde, Additional SP Ravinder, Deputy Superintendent of Police Venkataramana, Sircilla town rural circle inspectors and IT Core Team sub-inspectors planted saplings in the premises of IT Core Team office.
