Bhongir/ Nalgonda: Police caught unaccountable cash , liquor during the checking in various parts of the erstwhile district on Thursday.
Police caught Rs 13.30 lakh unaccounted cash from Tata Ace vehicle at Aler check post during the inspection. The auto was heading towards Torrur of erstwhile Warangal district from Hyderabad and case was filed on driver of the auto.
Special operation team of Rachakonda police Commissionerate seized Rs 6.90 lakh from Buthkur Anand of Rajendra Nagar of Hyderabad during vehicle inspection at Yadagirigutta while he was moving suspiciously in the town.
Also, the Election MCC team caught two TRS workers red-handedly while distributing liquor to the villagers at Apure of Chityal mandal in Nalgonda district.
