The DSP said that public participation is a must to prevent crime and told the Dhaba owners to install CCTV cameras at their hotels. He said that one CCTV camera is equal to the eyes of 100 members and will work round the clock. In case of any untoward incident, the footage of these cameras will help the police in identifying the criminals with ease.
Rural CI Srinivas Reddy, SI Sarangapur, Younus Ahamed and Dhaba owners and operators were present at the meeting.
